A writ has been filed in the Supreme Court against the 15 crore limit on margin loans imposed by Nepal Rastra Bank. Advocate Rapish Pokharel has filed the writ, naming Nepal Rastra Bank and the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers as opponents.
