Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has declared bonus shares for its shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year.
The Trust announced a total dividend distribution of 14.7368% of the current paid-up capital. This includes 14% in bonus shares and 0.7368% in cash dividends for tax purposes.
The decision was made in the board meeting held on Jestha 32. The distribution of the dividend will proceed following approval from Nepal’s Ministry of Finance and the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
