Hathway Investment Nepal Limited (HATHY) has announced a 10.53% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. This includes 10% bonus shares and a 0.53% cash dividend (including taxes). The decision was made during the company’s 200th board meeting on Bhadra 27. The current paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 1.28 Arba. The book closure date is yet to be confirmed, and the dividend proposal will be finalized at the upcoming AGM.
