Nepal Warehousing Company Limited (NWCL) has proposed issuing 100% right shares in a 1:1 ratio, following a board meeting on Ashwin 14. The company aims to raise funds for its hydropower projects by issuing 6,875,000 right shares, increasing its paid-up capital from Rs. 68.75 Crore to Rs. 1.37 Arba. This proposal awaits approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). NWCL’s stock closed at Rs. 890 yesterday.
